Andela EPIC values , My contemplation is Excellence , Passion , Integrity and collaboration as it Andela is explaining by themselves, so on my point of view this topic is to be excellence at Andela in simple world mean achieving the very best is never easy to do so. Passion at Andela means strong desire can lead you to do amazing things even if it was hard but you can break through, Integrity at Andela I can say are true to yourself and do not copy the work of others and say is yours can dishonors you and organization in general, Collaboration simply means no man or woman is an island, we work to gather to break the rock. In a conclusion of this paragraph I will go to continue by explaining on how this EPIC being my way of life in day routine
By my way of executing this ADC challenges if found that excellence is never coming accidentally so when I start It was my first time hearing the API things during the challenge and I must be able to complete the ADC challenges it was my first hardest time I was even know and complaining in my self-thinking why am doing this, you can’t understand how I was feeling at that time , but with my consecration I done the done the API so things also you can study through that challenges I faced is not about how you understand things and also about time you spend looking for what you want to achieve. It is always the result of high intention as I said before I put my whole effort in completing the challenge and at the end I done it also excellence is also the result of time you spent and where you want to reach on you vision, since effort and intelligence execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives choice not a chance determines your destiny
Reflection I get with this world passion is being true about yourself don’t lie yourself that everything you know it take the time and learn also doing documentation search on internet do not stop to have thirsty of finding the new things as the story I said In previous paragraph I have told you my journey of starting API until I finish It was not easy so continue to push is the one way you can prove that you need something ,empowering or helping other to find the their passion in Andela if you love coding they told you nothing is impossible everything is possible and tell you to learning and every one comes tells me push make an effort bro you will break the brick , being confident in my own judgement and decision so if you have passion no one can stopping you from doing what you like because passion is like the fire that are inside of someone who need to execute something is like electricity that move through you inner body , reading and reading and reading this triple means do whatever for achieving vision, learning something new having an adventure being the one who created something new according to the your passion , so the passion is the key of invent something new
Integrity is one of the fundamental key of Andela organization so , do not copy work of other and said is yours so work you own work and they can helps to know your stack according to collation level up but do not lie for others code and said is you’re code or others work and plagiarize it and said this is the copy of my work you simply at Andela integrity is needed as you know is the core values of the organization so whatever you doing doing in the right way because there are team to helps you and there are documentation but do not lie , build a moral of doing right way in reliable way.
Collaboration working with others and remember no man or woman can be an island, so we collaborate in order to be good than before so this might help any one of the group to break a brick as Washington Booker said if you want to lift yourself up , lift someone else that the key and we said in business if you want to be rich work with team also I copy the things collaboration make some and team build friend ship and more productive so work in the team and collaborate but do not over collaborate because also over collaboration make work in fake way
so in a conclusion of this story i can make a comment that any body who want to achieve some thing more work with this thing EPIC , excellent , collaboration , integrity and collaboration so in mix of this things you can achieve more if you understand the context
